    Treehouse’s Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for the financial processing of transactions for the organization. Duties includes, daily bookkeeping and record keeping, financial reporting and the preparation of tax records for financial audits.

    Responsibilities and Obligations:

    • Responding to external vendors and internal managers regarding all aspects of the accounts payable and purchase order processes, including processing bills for payment, recording sales tax and assisting with bank reconciliations.

    • Receiving and verifying expense reports; preparing work to be accomplished by gathering and sorting documents and related information.

    • Verifying the accuracy of vendor invoices and confirming that the correct general ledger account codes are used.

    • Generating payments to vendors on a routine schedule, which may include verification of federal ID numbers, reviewing purchase orders, resolving discrepancies and matching the checks and/or vouchers with backup for review by the financial manager.

    • Generating purchase order reports and bill payment lists on a routine schedule.

    • Ensuring outstanding obligations are credited upon payment; scheduling and preparing disbursements, and obtaining authorization for all payments.

    • Identifying discounts opportunities, and issues and/or requesting purchase order amendments or stop-payment orders as needed.

    • Paying, and reconciling intracompany bills.

    • Assisting with accounting records and ledgers by reconciling monthly statements and transactions as needed.

    • Monitoring account balances, track expenses, preparing analyses of accounts and related financial activity to produce monthly financial reports.

    • Maintaining financial security by following internal accounting controls.

    • Preparing tax forms such as 1099’s, and other year-end reports, and issuing to vendors, customers and clients.

    • Maintaining financial historical records by filing accounting documents.

    • Other activities as requested or assigned from time to time by management

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

    • Excellent organizational and attention to detail.

    • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

    • Knowledge of administrative procedures.

    • Knowledge or willingness to learn the company’s accounting software and purchase order systems (Quickbooks, Planergy, etc.).

    • Able to interact professionally with customers, vendors and clients.

    • Able to work independently.

    • Able to maintain confidential and meticulous records.

    • Able to multitask under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

    • Computer skills, including proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and Mac Apps.

    Treehouse’s Asset Management Analyst is responsible for managing generating asset analytics via SCADA and other related data tools, compliance reporting, communicating with project stakeholders and producing operational reports to better forecast and allocate wind site resources. This role also assists with management and communication with the plant operations teams and third parties for site support and rotates on the on-call schedule., site support communication, data analysis and interpretation.

    Responsibilities and Obligations:

    • Evaluation, implementation, and optimization of reporting and reporting tools.

    • Compile, and interpret data on generating asset performance, faults, and maintenance history.

    • Communicate with offtakers, financing parties and transmission operators to build strong relationships with project stakeholders

    • Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly operating reports, monthly actual to budget reports, and annual operating budgets

    • Provide P&L analysis and economic performance for generating assets in coordination with accounting and modeling team.

    • Lead business administration activities and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with key project company agreements and financing agreements

    • Support teams with operational data-dependent tasks, including but not limited to regulatory, compliance deliverables, filings, and reporting.

    • Complete and submit regulatory and contractual compliance paperwork for wind park operations.

    • Support with monitoring and tracking of operational inventory consumption and restocking.

    • Assist with communication for site support and vendors.

    Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

    • Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.

    • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

    • Knowledge of administrative procedures.

    • Able to work independently with minimal direction and supervision.

    • Able to maintain confidential and meticulous records.

    • Able to multitask under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

    • Computer skills, including proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite including the use of formulas in Excel (i.e., vlookup, sumproduct, sumif, index/match, conditional formatting, etc.) and Mac applications.

    • Experience creating reports from scratch.

    Treehouse’s Corporate Attorney I will identify legal issues, support contractual and regulatory compliance, and provide advisory and guidance across departments, the company, and its lines of business. Day-to-day tasks include in-depth legal research and analysis, reviewing legal documentation, making recommendations, and serving as the point of contact with external legal counsel to deal with claims as they arise.

    Requirements and Obligations:

    • Reviewing and analyzing contracts, long and short agreements, negotiations, NDAs, internal and external policies, and other legal documentation.

    • Conducting in-depth legal research and analysis, reviewing legal regulations, dissecting critical points and preparing memorandums for management. 

    • Identifying legal issues, preparing issues list and contractual checklist for agreements, creating redlines, and making suggestions to management and external counsel. 

    • Ensuring that the company and its lines of business legal documentation remain in compliance with regulatory mandates, laws, and permits. 

    • Interfacing with external counsel, and serving as point of contact for legal claims.

    • Protecting the organization's rights in contract negotiations, hearings, settlements, and litigation

    • Providing legal advice and services on issues concerning the rights, obligations, and privileges of the organization.

    • Performing other duties as needed. 

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    • Excellent legal analysis, writing, and editing skills, attention to detail, planning and organizing skills, and complete multiple tasks of varying complexity. 

    • Ability to express, orally and in writing, complex legal issues in clear and succinct language.

    • Proficient in MS Office and Mac applications. 

    • Ability to use software applications to conduct legal research and document preparation.

    • Team player, conscientious, self-starter, unafraid of criticism.
